The House of Hope PA Community Learning Center is an outlet for the youth and adult community members to utilize for a more successful future. Thwarting incarceration and recidivism withing our community is the foundation of our organization. We believe that through increasing one’s self worth and creating a positive environment with similar goals is the best way to achieve a more prosperous community for all.
